The Abbotsford Police department responded to a report of an assault on Friday November 6th, 2020 at 10:43 am in the 32071 blk of South Fraser Way.  The victim, an 88-year-old Abbotsford resident, was walking on the sidewalk at the intersection of SFW at Cedar Park Place when he was shoved and fell to the ground.

Last night, Abbotsford Police Gang Crime Unit and Drug Enforcement Officers executed a search warrant as part of a drug trafficking investigation in the 2500 blk of Magnolia Crescent.  Drugs, including fentanyl and cocaine, and a handgun were seized.

On October 15, 2020 at approximately 7:20 pm, Abbotsford Patrol officers responded to a report of a robbery at a retail store located at 1335 Sumas Way. Witnesses advised that two females stole multiple items from the store, and as they exited, one of the females bear-sprayed an employee.

Abbotsford Police Major Crime Detectives have released a composite sketch of the man they suspect was the driver involved in a recent hit and run incident in the West Oaks Mall parking lot.  The collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian has left the victim, a 59-year-old Abbotsford woman, with serious, life-altering injuries.

Abbotsford Police investigators are asking the public’s assistance to locate a large piece of farm machinery.  Between September 30th and the morning of October 5th, 2020, a 2016 Oxbo 7420 blueberry harvester was stolen from a farm located in the 40000 block of North Parallel Road.
