But beware the site may prompt you to “allow access” before proceeding.  What DOES that mean?  It may mean that you are agreeing to share your information by giving third-party apps access to your photos, personal details such as birth dates and maiden names, and the contact info of you and your friends.

This morning at approximately 4:30 am, Abbotsford Police patrol officers responded to a suspicious person call in the 33200 block of Robertson Ave. Officers spoke to the resident of a 2nd floor apartment who advised that she was awakened by a commotion on her balcony.  She went to the balcony and observed a man she did not know climbing a ladder propped on her railing.

AbbyPD detectives seek Ware Street Market robbery suspect

At 9:22 am on February 7, AbbyPD patrol officers responded to the Ware Street Market for a report of a robbery.  The cashier reported that a male suspect walked into the store, produced a firearm, and demanded cash.  While committing the robbery, the suspect deployed pepper-spray on the cashier.

Last night at 9:43 pm, Abbotsford Police patrol officers responded to the 33000 block of Pine Ave for reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located bullet casings.  There are no descriptions of the vehicle(s) or suspect(s) that were involved in this incident.

Major Crime Unit search for bank robbery suspect

On January 30, 2021 at 1:35 pm, AbbyPD patrol officers responded to a robbery at the Bank of Montreal located at 3122 Mt Lehman Road.  A male suspect walked into the bank, approached a bank teller, produced a firearm and demanded cash.  The teller complied, and the masked suspect fled the bank. Thankfully, neither the bank teller nor patrons were injured. 

AbbyPD looking for Mark GLYNN – WANTED on numerous outstanding charges

The Abbotsford Police Department is looking for Mark GLYNN, who is wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. GLYNN has breached numerous court-ordered conditions including permanently removing his electronic monitoring device in late January 2021.

On January 27, 2021 at 3:28 am, AbbyPD patrol officers were flagged down by a woman who advised that she was the victim of a home invasion.  Officers responded to a residence in the 2600 blk of Adelaide Street to find that four adult occupants had been confronted in the home by multiple masked men.

Last night at 10:44 pm, Abbotsford Police patrol officers responded to the intersection of Purcell Ave and Wells Gray Ave for reports of shots fired.  Upon arrival, officers located bullet casings, however the vehicle(s) and suspects involved in this incident had fled the area.  Witnesses advise that two vehicles were seen speeding from the area.

AbbyPD are asking for the public’s help in locating missing teen, Nakota HINKSMAN, 18, who went missing today at 3:20 am from the area of Marshall Road and Clearbrook Road.
