Two men charged after police find drugs & gun during suspicious vehicle investigation

On March 27, 2021 at 7:41 am, Abbotsford Patrol Officers responded to the 1200 blk of Bowman Road for a report of a suspicious vehicle.  Upon arrival, officers located a heavily damaged vehicle with two males sleeping inside and the officers observed that the passenger had drugs visible on his lap.

The men were awoken, and a drug investigation was initiated.  Drugs, which are believed to be methamphetamine, were found on the driver.  

Upon further investigation, the officers located a loaded .45 calibre handgun in the vehicle.

29-year-old Zoltan LOSIER of Abbotsford faces the following charges:

  • possess a loaded prohibited firearm together with readily accessible ammunition without being the holder of an authorization or license (section 95(2) Criminal Code).
  • failure to comply with a court order.

34-year-old Kyle Robert KOLLMAN of Mission faces the following charges:

  • possess a loaded prohibited firearm together with readily accessible ammunition without being the holder of an authorization or license (section 95(2) Criminal Code).
  • ailure to comply with a court order.

KOLLMAN and LOSIER were released on bail and their next court date will be at the end of April.
