Police seeking witnesses to stabbing on Gladys Ave

At 6:45 pm yesterday evening, Abbotsford’s Emergency Services were called to the 33900 block of Gladys Avenue. Upon arrival, police located a man suffering from stab wounds to his chest. He was transported to hospital for medical treatment.

Witnesses report that the man’s assailant fled on foot. Abbotsford Police Department
Patrol Officers, , Major Crime Detectives, Drone Pilot and Forensic Identification Unit,
together with the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Service, were in the area
searching for a suspect and investigating this incident. Police believe this was a targeted incident. Major Crime Detectives are now seeking witnesses, CCTV footage and dashcam footage to help identify the suspects.
