Police Seek Witnesses in Gas Station Robbery

The Abbotsford Police Department is seeking witnesses to a robbery which occurred at the Shell gas station on Harris Road at approximately 3:30 pm on Saturday, May 25th. On this date, a male walked up to the cashier, produced a gun and demanded money. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene on foot.

A 39 year-old Abbotsford man has been arrested for this robbery. However, detectives believe there may have been other customers in the parking lot who witnessed the robbery and the suspect leaving the scene. Any witnesses to this incident are asked to contact AbbyPD as soon as possible.

Investigators are also seeking dashboard camera footage from anyone who may have been driving in the area of Riverside Road and Harris Road during this time.
