On Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 5:50 pm, AbbyPD patrol officers responded to a robbery at the TD Bank located at 30788 Fraser Highway. A male suspect walked into the bank, approached a bank teller, produced a note and demanded cash. The teller complied, and the masked suspect fled the bank. Thankfully, neither the bank teller nor patrons were injured.
Witnesses and CCTV have provided the following description of the suspect: Caucasian male approximately 30-40 years old, medium build, wearing a black baseball hat, black sunglasses, a blue zip up sweater jacket, black pants, and blue mask covering his nose and mouth.
If you were near the 30700 block of Fraser Highway on August 3 between 5:30 -5:50 pm and saw someone matching the suspect’s description, or if you have CCTV, dashcam video or information about this investigation, please contact the Abbotsford Police Department General Investigation Section at 604-859-5225.
