Abbotsford Emergency Services responded to the intersection of Gladwin Road and Harris Road this afternoon at 2:44 pm following reports of a motor vehicle collision involving one vehicle leaving the roadway into a deep ditch.
The collision involved an SUV and sedan-type vehicle. The passenger of the jeep has been taken to hospital via air-ambulance for treatment of serious injuries. Both drivers remained on scene, however, the driver of the sedan was taken to hospital by BC Ambulance Service for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries
AbbyPD Patrol Officers and the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) remain on scene and have shut down the intersection as they investigate.
