Abbotsford Police Investigating Fatal Collision

Abbotsford, BC – December 13th, 2025 – At approximately 11:20 a.m., Abbotsford Police Patrol officers responded to a reported collision in the 28000 block of Huntingdon Road.

Emergency crews arrived to find a single vehicle that had rolled off the roadway into a water-filled ditch. The lone occupant was extricated from the vehicle by Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service. Despite life-saving efforts by first responders at the scene, the driver succumbed to their injuries.

The investigation is in its early stages and is being assisted by the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS). Huntingdon Road remains closed in both directions between Lefeuvre Road and Bradner Road and is expected to stay closed for several hours.

Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the collision, observed the vehicle in the ditch, or has dashcam footage of the incident to contact the Abbotsford Police Department at 604-859-5225.
