Today, February 15th, at 12:02 am, an Abbotsford Police Officer conducting routine patrols located an injured man walking in the 2000 block of Abbotsford Way. The 40-year-old man was confirmed to be suffering from stab wounds.

The AbbyPD Major Crime Unit continues to advance this investigation and follow the evidence. On January 21st, 2022, Major Crime Detectives, with the assistance of the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team (IERT), executed two search warrants, one in Abbotsford and one in Maple Ridge.  Two men were arrested.
